I have a dear friend who has lived in Brooklyn for about 60 years and has completely renovated his brownstone. He also is an avid collector of architectural artifacts and gave me the four base elements of this hall tree. The elements were originally brackets for a ledge but work beautifully for a base. The Vadheim stands 85" high and has eight substantial antique hooks that can handle the heaviest of winter coats.
